1Beetroot- high in folic acid and manganese,detoxifies the body fights against skin and liver tumours and improves the level of haemoglobin.




2Cucumber- You have seen people use slices of cucumber on their eyes. It has been  found that the caffeic acid in this vegetable helps to prevent water retention and when applied topically it  helps reduce puffy and swollen eyes (eye bags)
